Position

Henry Witcomb KC has a practice specialising in clinical negligence, personal injury, public authority liability and inquest representation. He has been involved in several of the leading cases in these fields.

A significant amount of the work in both the clinical negligence and personal injury fields has involved participation in several multi-party actions, a number of which have involved claimants residing abroad. Principally these actions have involved the abuse and care of children but also involving other classes of personal injury and clinical negligence claimants.
