David Ridenour represents financial institutions acting as issuers, borrowers, underwriters and purchasers in a wide range of asset-backed and asset-based securities transactions. His practice focuses primarily on publicly registered and privately negotiated unsecured consumer credit transactions.
David also advises on solar and energy efficiency loans, PACE, small business loans, franchise loans, timeshare receivables, mortgage servicing rights, automobile loans and leases, equipment loans and leases, mortgage-backed securities and trade receivables.
