Mr. Fleming has extensive experience litigating cases at both the trial and appellate levels throughout the United States, including examining and preparing fact and expert witnesses for deposition, trial and legislative testimony. In addition to arguing complex motions before courts across multiple jurisdictions, Mr. Fleming has also written briefs in the United States Supreme Court.
As a former New York City Public Attorney, Mr. Fleming has participated in numerous pro bono matters, acting as a key lawyer in multiple trials relating to high-profile shootings. He has represented the City of New York, as well as indigent plaintiffs and non-profit organizations.
