- Advising as local lenders counsel in respect of the 800MW PV Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Independent Power Project (IPP) in Al Kharsaa, Qatar.
- Advising on a major corporate restructuring for multiple entities across Qatar, UAE and Australia including default events, shareholder’s disputes, court cases and representing the client in negotiation for an amicable settlement.
- Advising Tabreed on its AED417 million (US$113.5 million) disposal of a 44% stake in Qatar District Cooling Company (Qatar Cool) to United Development Company. The proceeds of the transaction will be used to finance further growth of Tabreed’s portfolio in key markets.
