Jeroen le Clercq has been a lawyer since 2011, and is a member of Dentons' Real Estate practice group and the Real Estate industry team in Amsterdam. Jeroen le Clercq – Dentons

Dentons‘ retail practice places a strong emphasis on real estate matters, including issues around lease renegotiations and on the development of retail space, including shopping centres. Practice head Wendela Raas maintains a notable commercial leasing practice, and is also active before the courts, where she represents investors, retail chains and project developers. Jeroen le Clercq, who made partner in April 2023, is noted for his contentious landlord and tenant work, while Valentijn Leijh advises on the administrative and regulatory aspects of retail site development. IP specialist Marc Elshof left for BarentsKrans in October 2023.

The real estate team at Dentons handles a mixture of transactional, commercial leasing and disputes work for its varied client base of international and domestic companies. The practice has also been assisting international real estate investors in acquisitions and cross-border matters. Team lead Dirk-Jan Gondrie is specialised in real estate transactions and advises both Dutch and international investors on real estate sales, acquisitions, leasing and restructurings. Notable team members include Wendela Raas, who is known for her skills in commercial leasing matters; Paul Wanders, who handles both transactions and litigation; and Jeroen le Clercq, who is a key contact for landlord and tenant and rent disputes.
