Career

Radivoje Petrikić is a partner at CMS in Vienna and has been the managing partner of the Serbian CMS office in Belgrade as well of the Montenegrin CMS office in Podgorica since its establishment.

As an expert in the field of mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as finance and project finance, Radivoje Petrikić looks back on more than 25 years of work experience in major commercial/M&A transactions and development projects throughout the CEE region. He has a sound understanding of all corporate and financial issues relevant for companies operating in markets in transition as well as vast experience in advising regulatory bodies governing such markets.

He is one of the leading M&A lawyers in Serbia and heads the team that handled many of Serbia’s landmark cases in the field of corporate and commercial law and privatisations in various industry areas within the past fifteen years. He was engaged by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development as the main legal advisor in the process of redrafting the Serbian Company Law, as well as in drafting the PPP legislation.
