He obtained his degree from the School of Law of the Buenos Aires University in 1997. He conducted various post-graduate studies on Business Law, including a US Business Law Program at Michigan University, U.S. (2001). He was Professor of Business Law, in the UCES; Adjunct Professor of Business Law, in the Universidad de Palermo; and Assistant Professor of Commercial and Business Law in the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
