Mr. Gasparini leads the disputes practice and has over 30 years of experience in commercial litigation. His practice covers dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration and compliance.

He began his career at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, one of the most prestigious law firms in Brazil, and founded Gasparini, Nogueira de Lima e Barbosa Advogados in 2004.

President of the First Class of Ethics – Ethics Tribunal (TED1) of the Bar Association of Brazil, São Paulo Section in the triennium 2016-2018. Executive Director of CESA – Studies Center of Law Firms. Director of SEJUBRA – Society of Brazil-Germany Legal Studies. Chairman of the Council of MDA – Advocacy Defense Movement.
