The ‘always available’ five-member real estate practice at Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr has significant experience in major real estate projects, including due diligence processes, and the negotiation and drafting of related joint venture, purchase and construction agreements. The group also assists with the financing of projects, obtaining administrative permits, and real estate property sales, with clients additionally look to the team for both day-to-day advice and the management of real estate projects. The practice is co-led by experienced partners Gonzalo Errázuriz, who maintains a broad real estate practice; and Felipe Rencoret, who combines his real estate experience with banking and finance and project finance specialisms. The nine-strong team at Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr is mandated at all stages of projects, its advice encompassing public and private bidding processes, corporate structures, and construction and financing contracts.
