Career
Esmond is Counsel in the Private Client & Trusts team. Esmond’s practice focuses on advising international high-net worth individuals and families on their wealth planning needs and in assisting trustees and private banks on all aspects of trusts including creation, restructuring, administration and succession planning. He also specialises in Wills & Probate and advises on estate planning matters.
Esmond also has experience in advising on the creation of Cayman Islands Foundation Companies which were introduced into the jurisdiction in October 2017. To date he has advised clients on the incorporation of Foundation Companies as both succession planning vehicles and as issuing vehicles in initial coin offerings.
