Career

Eric is a debt finance lawyer who represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing matters across a broad range of industries and asset classes, with a particular focus on energy and renewable assets, including solar and wind, and tax equity financing.  Representative matters include negotiating senior revolving credit facilities for publicly-traded utilities, including many with sustainability-linked loan features, and counseling administrative agents on credit facilities to develop, construct and operate wind and solar projects across the country.  Eric was involved in a number of restructuring transactions resulting from Winter Storm Uri and has also been involved in a number of back-leverage financings as well as serving as underwriter’s counsel in connection with 4(a)(2) note offerings backed by energy assets.
