Mr. Nedzbala’s practice focuses on structured finance, securitization, mortgage servicing and other capital markets transactions. He regularly advises issuers, sellers, purchasers, servicers and other industry participants in mortgage finance and related matters and has been involved in numerous large mortgage and servicing portfolio and platform transactions. Mr. Nedzbala is Co-Head of the firm’s Structured Finance and Securitisation Group and a Member of the Corporate Team.
