Partner.  Joel is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee with over 25 years’ experience handling trademark and copyright clearance, filing strategies, prosecution, management, and enforcement, resolving complex problems and disputes, managing the intellectual property aspects of initial public offerings, brand acquisitions, strategic alliances, co-branding, licensing, and bankruptcies and reorganizations.  Joel regularly represents some of the most well-known brands in the world with respect to complex global trademark and copyright matters.
