Dawn supports her clients, local and global, on all requirements of their portfolios from their acquisitions, estate management, asset management, joint ventures and strategic rationalisation programmes across a variety of locations from high street, flagship, offices, HQs and distribution centres by developing and implementing bespoke streamlining processes and strategies to get the job done, drive through efficiencies and deliver for her client’s in the way that’s right for them. Dawn has advised on market leading transactions across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, consumer and financial services.
