Work Department

David is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group.

He specialises in Employment Law and in particular Employment Tribunal Litigation. His work includes: advising and representing businesses and organisations at Tribunal on complex/high value discrimination claims, which also often carry reputational risk.

David also provides strategic advice to businesses and organisations on issues such as complex disciplinary investigations, performance and absence management, restructures and handling redundancies.

He enjoys speaking at client and public seminars and has provided training on matters such as tribunal procedure, absence management, managing complex investigations and the Equality Act 2010. He has also written a number of articles on employment law.

David is also a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association and has a special interest in the Financial Institutions, Healthcare and Retail sectors.
