Suzanne is a Principal Associate in Eversheds Sutherland’s Human Resources Group. She initially qualified in pension law, advising employers in relation to pension issues arising in multimillion pound outsourcing projects in the public sector. Suzanne has been advising on employment law since 2011, having returned from client secondment as the sole in house employment lawyer for the UK business of a multi-national manufacturing client. Suzanne Advises on all aspects of employment law with considerable experience in both contentious and non-contentious work, particularly complex discrimination claims, agency worker claims and diversity issues including equal pay and gender pay. A respected practitioner for non contentious work Suzanne’s experience includes advising on TUPE and major change programmes including collective redundancies and pension change and closure projects, advising advice in relation to strategy for consulting with employee representatives and trade unions. Suzanne also regularly provides employment and pensions advice on international projects, including the establishment of Global Business Services models across multiple international jurisdictions.
