Naeema is a partner in the human resources practice group advising on all aspects of employment law, acting primarily on behalf of large scale employers who are household names. Naeema has a special interest in discrimination law and leads the firm’s discrimination practice as well as advising on whistleblowing, executive terminations and large scale re-organisations. Naeema regularly works in a cross border environment. Naeema is an highly experienced Employment Tribunal litigator who has been appearing regularly in Tribunals throughout the UK since 1995. Naeema also advises clients on cases in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and in the Court of Appeal. Naeema is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences and contributes to a variety of publications and broadcast media. Naeema also sits as a Fee Paid Employment Tribunal Judge sitting in the Midlands (West) Region and also as a Deputy Chair of the Central Arbitration Committee dealing with collective employment disputes.
