Jenny is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources practice group. She handles both contentious and non contentious matters, providing pragmatic advice to employers on a wide range of employment issues.

Jenny specialises in restrictive covenants and confidential information from both a drafting and enforcement perspective.  She also regularly advises private and publicly listed companies on senior executive service agreements and terminations, TUPE and the employment aspects of corporate transactions and IPOs.

Jenny also advises on cross-border employment matters, coordinating advice from other jurisdictions on both discrete issues and multi-jurisdictional projects.

Her recent experience includes: representing a financial services company in a complex High Court action against a former employee regarding misuse of confidential information; dealing with the employment aspects of the restructure of a plc Board (including the preparation and negotiation of executive service agreements, settlement agreements, changes to non executive director status and prospectus wording); and coordinating pan-European employment advice whilst on secondment to a global science and technology company.
