Catalina is a BLP Director in the San José office. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in Business Law, Real Estate & Hospitality, and Banking & Finance.

In the practice of Real Estate & Hospitality, she has experience advising in the creation of legal strategies for the development and planning of real estate projects of commercial, residential and industrial nature, including condominiums, corporate centers, shopping centers, and free zone parks.

In the practice of Business Law, she has provided advice to national and international investors in a variety of industrial sectors such as retail, real estate, construction and logistics in Central America, participating in mergers and acquisitions, trading of securities, and consulting in the day to day aspects of the proper functioning of companies.

She joined the BLP team as a Senior Associate in 2018, after having been an associate at Legal Consortium and at ANS Legal.
