Position

Mario Pasco specializes in advising companies on labor matters and has extensive experience on union negotiation.

Career

He counsels companies on contracting national and foreign personnel, social security issues, labor costs reduction, compensations planning, termination of work, as well as on inspection and audit processes, on administrative and judicial procedures related to his specialty. He also assists our clients by answering labor inquiries.

Mario has also been trusted secretary of the Constitutional Court of the Supreme Court; he presides the labor committee of the Lima Chamber of Commerce, of which he is also the director; and is Collective labor law teacher at Universidad del Pacífico.
