Andrea Agathoklis Murino is an antitrust and competition partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her unique combination of private and public sector experience allows her to combine a deep understanding of antitrust caselaw and current enforcement priorities to create bespoke and efficient pathways to achieving her clients’ business objectives. Her primary focus is securing clearances for proposed transactions from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), state attorneys general, and international competition law enforcement agencies. She has successfully represented hundreds of clients through intensive investigations, high-profile Second Requests, and federal and administrative litigation. Andrea also has a vibrant practice representing third parties in connection with agency investigations and litigation.
