Career

With more than 20 years of experience, Charlotte Breuvart focuses her practice on European, French and Belgian antitrust and competition law. She has extensive experience in cartels, abuses of dominance, merger control and state aids (in both counseling and litigation). Charlotte has been involved in several high-profile antitrust and State aid cases before the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union as well as in major M&A transactions involving multijurisdictional merger filings. In 2012, she contributed to obtaining the largest fine reduction ever granted by the European courts in an antitrust case. Charlotte regularly advises international companies in a wide range of industries, with a specific focus on the energy sector, where she also delivers regulatory advice.
