Hani Nassef is a Partner and Head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Helmy, Hamza & Partners, Baker McKenzie Cairo.

Career

As a prominent corporate and M&A lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Egypt and the MENA region, Hani brings top-tier transactional knowledge and excellent corporate-client relationships. He advises both strategic and financial investors on a wide range of regional and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets transactions, and corporate reorganizations. Hani also has on-the-ground experience acting on inbound and outbound M&A and other corporate transactions across the MENA region and has acted for several clients on transactions in Sub-Saharan Africa.
