Career

Ghada has over 20 years of experience in the Middle East, namely Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. She specializes in corporate, commercial, and labor matters with a notable focus on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, insolvency, compliance, investigations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution matters. Ghada spearheads all Cairo office employment efforts, including advising on post-acquisition and restructuring employee transfers, employee benefits, profit-sharing schemes, dismissals, policies, and social insurance, and managing exits across diverse industries such as healthcare and life sciences, technology, media, and telecoms, consumer goods, and retail. IFLR1000 recognizes her as a “Rising Star Partner” in its 31st Edition. She was formerly a counsel in the UAE offices, having been based in Dubai since 2013, and has returned to the Cairo office, where she had worked for 14 years. She has also developed and delivered Continuing Legal Practice Development training courses accredited by the Dubai Legal Affairs Department on a wide range of UAE legal issues and legislative developments.
