Ms. Kattan has over two decades of patent litigation experience. She has litigated dozens of Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission, related Customs and Border Protection proceedings and district court patent lawsuits throughout the country.

U.S. International Trade Commission, Office of Unfair Import Investigations 2011-2016. Baker Botts partner 2016-present. Chair of Baker Botts’s ITC litigation practice and the firm’s Washington DC IP Group.
