Position

Frank and the Debt and Asset Recovery Team work in partnership with clients supporting them in developing and implementing cost effective consumer and commercial volume debt and asset recovery and litigation strategies, throughout the UK. He has over 30 years’ experience, specialising in volume debt and asset recovery in the consumer credit, motor finance, debt purchase and utilities sectors.

Frank is particularly experienced in consumer credit and consumer law, and regularly advises on supply of goods and satisfactory quality issues, FOS complaints and FCA compliance issues in relation to consumer credit lending and debt and asset recovery issues. He also regularly advises on issues arising under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
