Career

Allen has majored in Personal Injury since 1991 pursuing Personal Injury claims from minor to utmost severity. He also has experience of handling PI claims as a Defendant case handler.

For the majority of Allen’s career, he has undertaken claimant work. His career commenced at Pattinson & Brewer doing trade union claimant work for 14 years. Thereafter, he moved to Brachers where he initially completed defendant employer and occupier’s liability claims within their healthcare department. In his latter years, he returned to Claimant work.

His focus has been on incidents occurring within the workplace although he has vast experience in dealing with all manner of other incidents howsoever caused including RTC and occupier liability.

He has an affinity with transportation and machinery and enjoys the challenges that claims associated with these areas can bring in understand mechanical processes.

He has dealt with a diverse range of cases from minor cuts to traumatic amputations and exposure to radiation. He continues to have an electic mic of cases including minor, utmost severity and industrial diseases.

His experience of handling both claimant and defendant roles has given him a unique perspective of claims management from both sides of the fence.

Allen has been involved in many high profile cases including: Zeburgge, Cowden Rail and Kings Cross Rail.
