Michael can help you with drafting Wills and advising on arrangements to be made for passing on your wealth, preparing and registering lasting powers of attorney, advising on questions of capacity, the interpretation of Wills; administration of estates, including intestate estates, setting up and running trusts.

As well as these specific areas of law, he can also assist with many other legal matters that relate to individuals.
