Position

Andrea is a partner at Taylor Wessing, she advises national and international clients on the full range of employment law issues. Amongst others, she focuses on the relationships of clients with trade unions and collective bargaining negotiations, the employment part of complex M&A transactions, staff reorganisations as well as the redundancies and terminations of employment relationships in high profile contentious cases.

Andrea also helps clients to optimise their working time models and internal policies, including bonus/incentive schemes. Being an expert on employment-related topics, she is often quoted in the media and invited to TV and radio broadcasts. In addition, she regularly speaks about employment-related topics in webinars and conferences. Clients also often rely on her comprehensive know-how in dispute resolution.

Andrea has worked as an associate Soukeník Štrpka, s.r.o. and DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach. She became a Senior Associate at DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach in 2012. Andrea joined Taylor Wessing in 2018 and has become a partner since 2022.
