Hillbridges’ Martin Cabak and Andrej Adamcik are advising Goodman International on expanding a logistics park, which includes assisting with the construction, development and leasing of new units.

Noerr’s Bratislava office was part of a cross-office team advising a property investment and asset manager on a €500m joint venture with a real estate developer. Pavol Rak leads the team.
