Position
Wolfgang Kapek is a partner at Taylor Wessing Vienna and heads the Employment as well as the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. Wolfgang has extensive experience in the management of national and international clients in all areas of employment law. Services comprise individual employment law (e.g. drafting of employment and management contracts, bonus plans, etc.) as well as collective employment law (e.g. flexible working time solutions, all kinds of plant bargaining agreements, stock option plans, etc.). Wolfgang also specialises in restructuring including (cross-border) transfer of undertakings and redundancies (mass dismissal procedures and social plans). His experience also encompasses employment related litigation, being, for example, discrimination cases, challenging of terminations, unfair dismissals and also white collar crime cases.
