Position
Ivo Deskovic is a partner in the Disputes & investigations team. His focus is on advising national and international clients from the financial sector, where he has extensive experience in mass- and cross-border litigation. Due to Ivo’s deep understanding of the financial institutions sector he will also advise you on banking related matters.
Career
For more than a decade, Ivo has represented parties from the financial industry both in court and in arbitration proceedings and has also regularly acted as an arbitrator. After gaining international experience in New York and London, he worked as a legal trainee at various courts of the Higher Regional Court of Graz and Vienna. He worked as a secondee at Linklaters and Paines in London before supporting clients as a partner at Weiss-Tessbach, DLA Piper Weiss-Tessbach and Benn-Ibler. He joined Taylor Wessing as a partner in 2020.
