TSMP Law Corporation's team provides 'an excellent service' and is 'very responsive and commercial in its approach'. It combines employment and labour law with dispute resolution and corporate expertise and its broad client base includes an impressive contingent of financial institutions. The team advised Liberty Mutual on Singapore employment law issues arising from its $3bn acquisition of Ironshore from Fosun, including assisting with statutory and contractual consultations and the transfer of employment contracts. Ian Lim is not only 'knowledgeable in this area' but also 'pleasant to work with' and he is ably assisted by Jamie Chin  and Grace Chan, who were recently promoted to senior associates. Associate Nicole Wee left the firm in November 2017 to move to an in-house role.
