Ms. Mun Hui Kim is a partner in the IP & Technology Team of the Corporate Group. Ms. Kim, an expert in entertainment and media law, specializes in IP matters including copyright, trademark, unfair competition and trade secret. She actively provides legal advice to major Korean broadcasting stations, film production companies, investment and distribution companies, management companies, record producers, record distributors, game companies and internet companies in the areas of entertainment and media contents, such as broadcasting, movies, games, performance, internet, artist management and sports. Recently, she has been advising on the matters related to investment in entertainment business and joint production in relation to China.
