Mr Nobela graduated from the University of Eduardo Mondlane (UEM) in 2013, Mr Nobela has been in our supporting team and leading the group, with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.  He plays a very important role as he specializes in subjects as  Tax and Customs Law, Public Finance and Financial Law, International and Economic Law, Economic Law etc,

Director of practice support. He has completed a Masters in International business law in Macau, China and is currently undertaking a doctorate in commercial law through the University of Pretoria, South Africa.

 

Specialized in Commercial Law and Banking and Finance Law, Dr. Nobela has worked with insurance companies:

  • advising management on legality of insurance transactions,
  • studying court decisions protect company from unwarranted claims
  • advising personnel engaged in drawing up of legal documents, such as insurance contracts and release papers

advising claims department personnel on the legality of claims filed to ensure against undue payments and so on.
