Valéria has more than 20 years of experience in business law, specializing in corporate law, M&A and contracts, advising national and foreign clients. In the scope of corporate law, she works in restructurings, incorporations, spin-offs, incorporation of joint ventures, and in advising foreign clients for the structuring of their businesses in Brazil.

Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous company acquisitions and sales operations and in the coordination of legal due diligences. Valéria also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for clients from the most diverse segments of the industry.
