Career

Carolina is a partner responsible for the real estate practice and has vast expertise in transactions of the real estate market, advising Brazilian and foreign companies from the most diverse segments that make up this sector. She coordinates land regularization projects and conducts numerous transactions for the structuring, implementation, development, and financing of real estate projects, including shopping centers, commercial and residential condos, logistics warehouses, coworking spaces, hotels, condo-hotels, resorts, residential subdivisions, hypermarkets, and football stadiums. She has significant experience in infrastructure projects, acquisition and leasing of rural and urban real estate, structuring and negotiation of build to suit projects, due diligence, securitization of real estate receivables, and structuring of guarantees in financing transactions, acting for both domestic and foreign financial institutions.
