Ronald has in-depth knowledge of technology, IP, financial markets and corporate law – in particular regarding the legal and technical aspects of Web3 software protocols and applications. These include DeFi, DeSci, GameFi, as well as cloud infrastructures such as SaaS, IaaS, PaaS. He assists clients on topics such as IP rights, proprietary licenses, and open source licenses such as MIT, Apache, BSD, MPL 2.0, GPL 2.0, GPL 3.0 or AGPL 3.0. He also provides support in structuring fintech and banking 2.0 business models and the issuance of innovative financial instruments, such as structured products or ISDA/Swiss derivatives.
