Career
Kristina is an Attorney at Law at M&S Partners Attorneys at Law that has been in 2023 promoted to Junior Partner for Banking & Finance.
Within the M&S Partners Attorneys at Law, Kristina advises international and domestic clients on various Banking & Finance and Commercial / Corporate / M&A law legal issues and challenges, predominantly within the scope of regulatory, compliance, contractual and RES legal issues, litigation and data protection. She also represents clients in commercial and civil court cases, regulatory inspection proceedings and misdemeanor proceedings that follow such inspections, as well as handles bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings.
Kristina is experienced in providing legal support to clients from different sectors (banking, IT, tourism, energy, transport, real estates and construction, etc.), as well as providing advice on establishment of companies, share transfer and all statutory changes.
