Position
Spartak is a Managing Partner of CasePro and head of the Banking & Finance, Real Estate and Commercial practice of the firm. He has acted as a Cluster Manager of one of the biggest mergers in the Bulgarian banking sector and has set up the legal processes of several Bulgarian credit and financial institutions. Spartak has also strong background in the real estate industry and has manged the legal work related to number of investment development and construction projects, such as the construction of shopping malls, big residential and business complexes and renewable energy parks. Spartak manages M&A projects and VC deals and has taken part as a speaker in start-up and M&A conferences.
