Boyanov & Co has ‘very good legal expertise combined with the ability to provide tailor-made solutions within tight deadlines’. With the final judgment awarded by a three-member panel, the National Electricity Company (NEC) is liable to pay the Russian party the amount of EUR 620 mln.
