Career

Eoin Cunneen joined as a Partner of the highly-active and rapidly expanding Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team at Flynn O’Driscoll, having spent years in another leading Irish law firm, LK Shields, where he was also a partner.

Eoin trained and qualified with LK Shields, quickly building a reputation for a strong work ethic and a proactive and commercially focused approach to problem-solving. These traits coupled with a willingness to solve intractable disputes or complex legal problem ensured that Eoin became a trusted advisor to many clients including well known consumer brands, entrepreneurs, Irish and multinational companies, financial institutions, hedge funds and governmental bodies. Eoin also enjoyed a very good working relationship with regulatory bodies such as the Revenue Commissioners and the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement among others.

Following some time abroad, Eoin then returned to join Ireland’s fastest growing law firm in July 2017.

Eoin is adept at managing and mitigating legal and regulatory risks, particularly in relation to sensitive issues and often employs pioneering strategies to achieve commercial solutions for his clients, therefore fitting in perfectly with the FOD culture and problem solving mind-set.

Eoin is proud to have been involved in many high profile disputes, investigations and prosecutions throughout his legal career and is committed to continuing in the provision of this calibre of legal services with the team at FOD.
