Saniya’s distinguished expertise extends across all project development, financing, and operations facets. She has actively contributed to numerous projects spanning wind, solar, hydrogen, geothermal, heat, hydropower, battery storage, and natural gas energy at varying stages, ranging from greenfield initiatives and operational project acquisitions to repowering endeavours, amassing a remarkable 4 gigawatts of generation capacity.

She is experienced in banking and finance, debt and deposit operations, cross-border finance transactions, syndicated loans, and securities transactions.  She is an expert in Corporate law and M&A across Central Asian countries. Saniya provides consulting services to investment banks on commercial tranche syndication for different social and commercial project financing and drafts Kazakhstan security documents for project finance.
