Position

Lissi Andersen Roost specialises in transport and freight forwarding law, including the regulation of multimodal transports. Lissi’s thorough knowledge of the regulation and the practical execution of national and international transports is based on i.a. a legal PhD degree in transport law and her upbringing in Padborg, the freight forwarding hub of Denmark where she experienced freight forwarding and transport firsthand every day.

Lissi provides advice on all aspects of this practice area and she also draws up transport and logistics contracts and general terms of business. Moreover, Lissi advises on issues of insurance and tort law relating to the international transport of goods from the perspectives of both goods and transport operators. Furthermore, Lissi is primarily engaged in international trade, including issues relating to governing law and jurisdiction (private international law).
