Jan Bruun Jørgensen is engaged in the provision of advice to small and medium-sized companies, also as a board member. He has many years of experience in setting up and transferring such companies. Through his board work he has gained considerable business insight.

Jan also has expert knowledge on insolvency law, particularly restructuring and bankruptcy. In that connection Jan has wide experience in advising creditors, including banks, and debtors. His advice has included restructuring of businesses in and out of court, bankruptcies, creditor representation, advice on bank agreements, etc.
