Recent work includes advising Crédit Agricole Assurances (Predica) on its internal reorganisation of its retirement business with the creation of Crédit Agricole Assurances Retraite, its acquisition in consortium with Vauban Infrastructure Partners of 45% of Bluevia from Telefónica, its acquisition in consortium with Ardian of a stake in Inwit, and its acquisition in consortium with Engie of Eolia Renovables from Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCO), and Artefact on the acquisition of a controlling stake in Artefact by Ardian Expansion and the subsequent filing of a simplified mandatory public offer.
