Partner focusing on matters concerning listed companies, including listed companies, including takeovers, capital restructurings, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and shareholder disputes.

Recent work includes advising: Crédit Agricole Assurances (Predica) on two real estate partnerships with Clariane; its acquisition of an additional minority stake in Aéroports de Paris (Group ADP), its acquisition in consortium with Ardian of a minority stake in Inwit, the tender of its stake in Alstria Office REIT-AG to the cross-border public offer for Alstria Office REIT-AG launched by its largest shareholder Brookfield Asset Management, the financial restructuring of the Comexposium Group in its capacity as jointly-controlling shareholder, and a series of transactions concerning Société Foncière Lyonnaise (SFL), including a mixed public offer by Inmobiliara Colonial for SFL and asset swaps with SFL; Diageo on its ICC arbitration in respect of its joint venture with LVMH in Moët Hennessy and its delisting from Euronext Paris; and Qatar Investment Authority as reference shareholder of Lagardère.

Career

Before founding BDGS Associés in 2013, Youssef Djehane was a partner since 1994 at Gide Loyrette Nouel where he started his career in 1986. He was seconded to Allen & Overy, London, in 1990 and then to the World Bank in Washington in 1992.
