Vasco specialises in financial law, and advises banks, companies and investment funds. His experience covers corporate lending (including acquisition financing, syndicated loans, asset financing, cash pooling and real estate financing), structured finance (including covered bonds, securitisations and factoring) and financial restructuring.


Vasco studied Economics & Business and Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and completed an exchange programme at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law, Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. Before joining Rutgers & Posch in 2015, he worked for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. In 2018, he graduated cum laude from the Grotius specialist programme in Finance & Securities.
