Career

He has developed extensive expertise in ordinary and arbitration proceedings in the areas of contract and intellectual property law, corporate, banking and bankruptcy law, providing assistance in disputes mainly involving breach of contracts, infringement of intellectual property rights and unfair competition, liability of banks and financial intermediaries, liability actions against directors and auditors, and challenges to resolutions of corporate bodies. He is also an expert in advising Italian and foreign companies and groups on the definition of the various legal aspects of corporate governance and in the drafting of commercial contracts and agreements forming strategic alliances, including in high-tech sectors. He joined the firm Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in 2015.

He was admitted to practice in 2005 and, since 2019, he has rights of appearance before the Italian Supreme Court.

Education

He graduated in 2002 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and subsequently practiced in Italian and international law firms. He most recently completed an MBA at the Graduate School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, where he focused on industrial economics, business organisation and strategy, innovation, digital transformation, change management and leadership.
