Career

After some previous experiences in primary Italian and international law firms and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the New York University School of Law, he worked for the law firm Lombardi Segni e Associati from 2009 to 2017, becoming a salary partner in 2016. He has developed experience primarily in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions (including listed companies) and Capital Markets, advising clients on a wide variety of corporate and M&A transactions, including cash or exchange tender offers. He joined Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati in March 2018.
